Congratulations to our Northwood MS forensics team for bringing their most entertaining performances to the Level II festival in Turtle Lake. Students participated in storytelling, prose, poetry, play-acting, and readers theatre. They had a great season and amazing advisors!

Thank you for all the fan support! It was nearly a full house on Saturday as our girl's varsity basketball team became the Regional Champs! Congratulations! Keep on supporting our basketball teams! Go Big Green!

Last week, the team showed appreciation for all the support and encouragement that our custodian, Jon Gucinski, gives them throughout the season. Mr. Gucinski is a great Evergreen fan and awesome person! And what an amazing group of young ladies on this team! Go Big Green!

The students were excited about beginning swimming lessons today. Our 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders will be getting some swimming lessons from our fabulous teachers, Mr. Hager and Mrs. Magdzas. Here, the 3rd graders are on the bus for the first lesson. A huge thank you to JLAAC.

ACT Testing Reminder. Get some rest for the test. We are ready for the test tomorrow, Wednesday, February 20th, for our juniors. Thank you Mrs. Birdsill, Mr. Maroszek, and Mrs. Duffy for all your hard work getting us ready.

Thank you again to the Your Choice Prevention Education crew for their presentations to our staff and community yesterday regarding awareness and prevention. Today they presented to our 5-12 students sharing their stories about how their choices affected their lives. Thank you!

For our WinterFest Week, today is Mathlete and Athlete dress up day. Jacob, Elliott, & Mr. Kelly are participating in the festivities while working on some very difficult math equations:)

Congratulations Hunter!

Mr. Kelly learned the hard way today after having school be in session at the start of the day and then scheduling an early release. As students and staff left for home, he helps brush away snow and push vehicles out of the parking lot while students are released early.
