
Reminder to students and staff to bring $1.00 and a favorite hat to school tomorrow (Wednesday, Oct. 9th) for Hats for Helping. Get your sticker from the library in the morning. This month's collection is for Circle of Hope Foundation in Duluth.


Hats for Helping - The Northwood NHS is doing a fundraising event monthly where students can wear a hat during school by donating one dollar ($1.00) to that month's designated charity. This month's Hats for Helping is happening on Wednesday, Oct. 9th and the charity is Circle of Hope Foundation in Duluth. See flyer for details.

School Picture Day is Wednesday, September 4th. New this year - send no money the day of pictures. Individual photos will be taken on a green screen (please don’t wear green on picture day!). Each student will receive two instant digital proofs to bring home. From there, you will choose the background and photos you wish to purchase. Picture Retakes will be on Friday, September 6th from 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.

Northwood Cares! A free-will offering will take place at the back-to-school picnic on Tuesday, Aug. 20th from 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM. The money collected will be given in the form of gift certificates to several of our Northwood families whose homes have been damaged by fires this summer. The collection box will be located in the office.
