NSS Cross Country practice will begin Monday, August 18th! Any students in grades 5th - 12th can join. Interested students meet at Northwood at 9:00 AM on Monday to ride to practices. Northwood's High School Volleyball will be starting next week. The high school practice will run August 18th - August 22nd from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and then August 25th - August 29th (after school hours) from 3:30 PM - 6 PM. Middle school practices will start August 27th (1st day of school) and run from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM. The coaches want to remind parents and students to take care of sport physicals, as well.

With the remodeling project going on at Northwood School, there has also been some extra cleaning getting done. Many 1989 & 1990/91 high school yearbooks have been found and are FREE to whomever wants to come and get them. They will be available on a first come, first get basis from the District Office (Mondays-Thursdays, 8 AM - 3 PM) and at the Back to School Picnic.

Here are some pictures and a video of the Remodeling Project at Northwood School District as of July 23rd. The video shows the progress of the Evergreen Entrance and Office area. The east entrance parking area has been expanded. A special thanks to our volunteer laborers Mike Hopkins and Terry Lucia for their help! The student service center is coming along well. The coaches will be answering questions for the upcoming 2025 season. If this meeting causes a scheduling conflict for your family, please let the coaching staff know as soon as possible.
