
Middle School Boys Basketball practice starts today, Monday, Oct. 21st. Practices start right after school and runs until 5:30 PM. This is for boys in grades 5th - 8th grade. Contact Mr. Latvala with any questions via email chase_latvala@northwoodk12wi.com.

There will be another Basketball Skills & Drills event for students in grades 2nd - 5th at the Northwood School Auditorium. The date is Wednesday, October 16th from 5:30 - 7:00 PM. We still have spaces available, if you'd like to join in on the fun! Northwood's Honor Society is sponsoring their annual Trunk or Treat on Thursday, October 31st from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Northwood School is partnering with Healthy WashCo to bring Rise Together to our school for our middle and high school students on October 22nd. An email was sent out to parents/guardians this morning explaining more about this event. There will also be a community presentation at Shell Lake that evening at 6:00 PM. One last reminder that there will not be school this Monday, October 14th. The Tiny Seeds Learning Center will be open their usual hours both days; however, the District Office will be closed on Monday.


The Northwood Staff would like to thank the PaPa Saletris Italian Beefs Food Truck for coming to the professional development day for staff. The staff really enjoyed their food on their lunch break today.


Northwood's middle and high school students received awards of recognition in six areas from the staff for the month of September. The six areas are showing respect, rising star, civility, academic improvement, community contribution, and personal achievement over an obstacle.
