The Northwood School District was proud to have the grand opening ceremony for the Tiny Seeds Learning Center this past Wednesday. Thanks goes out to all of our families and communities and School Board for the support. This will be a great addition to our school and communities.

The Northwood School District welcomed our new employees yesterday as they attended orientation. This group includes a variety of employees including teachers, support staff, our new MS/HS Principal, and also the team for the Tiny Seeds Learning Center. Welcome to the Northwood Team! We are looking forward to a great school year ahead!
Northwood High School Volleyball practice will be starting Monday, August 14th. Practice will run from 5:00 - 8:00 PM (Monday, 8/14 - Thursday, 8/17) and 8:00 - 10:00 AM on Friday, August 18th. Contact Cory Coons if you have any questions.

Mark your calendars! The Tiny Seeds Learning Center will be hosting a Grand Opening event on Wednesday, August 16th from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. There will be a ribbon cutting ceremony at 4:00 PM with an open house to follow. All are invited to attend!

There were also some changes made to the meeting times for specific groups mentioned in the back to school packets that were mailed out. The Northwood School District Tiny Seeds Learning Center is opening August 24th. The enrollment window for 1-3 year old children has been extended to Friday, August 11th. We are accepting Wisconsin Shares Child Care Subsidies. Eligible families may receive a subsidy amount to cover a portion of the cost based on income, household size, and children enrolled. Tonight is the meeting for all football players and their families to come and meet our new football coach, Dan Henken. The gathering will be from 7:00 - 8:00 PM in the Northwood School Commons. All football players are being asked to please make every effort to be there.
