The Richard I. Bong Veterans Historical Center sponsors an annual high school essay contest. This year's prompt honored fifty years of Earth Day. Mrs. Duffy passed this challenge to the Advanced English class with success! Special congratulations go to the Grand Prize Winner, Abby Michie! A round of applause goes to the Second Runner-up, Collin Krmpotich! Elbow bumps and big smiles to the Honorable Mentions, Kayla Schultz and Georgia Becherer.

Congratulations! Northwood senior Margaret Howard was recognized for winning three gold medals at the state forensics contest, earning a cumulative Critic's Choice Award from the Wisconsin High School Forensics Association.

Thursday, May 28th is the last day of school for PK-11 students. Time to return all school materials (text books, chromebooks, library books, etc.) When: June 1st-5th Where: Drive thru drop off site at the Richards Auditorium entrance. Time: 7:30-9:30 a.m. and 2:00-4:00 p.m.
